For more than a decade, versatile financial services executive and entrepreneur Trent Richards has devoted his professional efforts to a wide range of enterprises, excelling in various fields of wealth management and real estate. In one of his more recent endeavors, Trent Richards served as Business Development Manager for the Melbourne, Australia-based Illumination Group, where he offered the full spectrum of real estate investment and financial management services. While there, Trent Richards took part in various residential and commercial real estate renovation projects, along with the development of customized financial planning for individuals and families. Prior to the Illumination Group, Trent Richards spent seven years as Director of the Insight Group of Companies, through which he managed a number of companies in such industries as aviation, auto racing, home design, building inspection, nightlife, bookkeeping, accounting, information technology, and real estate. Founding the Insight Group of Companies in 2001, Trent Richards built his organization into a highly diversified holding company, with more than 600 employees across 3 continents and millions of dollars in monthly revenues at its peak. Trent Richards built the Insight Group of Companies from the ground up, investing his work with a rich professional background in different market sectors. A fully licensed real estate agent and holds a Diploma in Financial Planning (DipFS), Trent Richards holds additional licensure as a Certificate IV Finance/Mortgage Broker and Accountant. Trent Richards attended Marist College Ashgrove and Ashgrove State School in the Brisbane region. Today, Trent Richards splits his time between various professional activities in the Gold Coast and Melbourne.
