Prism Counseling

Prism Counseling & Coaching is a non-denominational pastoral counseling and spiritually-integrated psychotherapy group practice and training center founded in 2012. We have been serving the Valley for over 12 years and have offices in Peoria and Phoenix with six counselors on our team. We also provide continuing education opportunities for clergy, spiritual caregivers, and mental health professionals.

Our mission is to meet every person where they're at and help them discover strength for today and hope for tomorrow. We seek to inspire, equip, enrich, and empower each individual, couple, and family during any season they are at in their life journey. ​
Our Counselors
All of our counselors are educated at the graduate level or higher. Our pastoral counselors are ordained, commissioned, endorsed, or pastorally licensed by their respective denomination, and have training in pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, and/or clinical pastoral education. Our pastoral counselors are not state-licensed behavioral health clinicians but are pastoral care specialists that provide emotional, spiritual, and relational support within the scope of their expertise as clergy. Our state-licensed counselors are licensed by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, and have additional training in spiritual integration. All counselors work as independent contractors and do not receive any clinical supervision from Prism Counseling & Coaching.
