I’m Tré Sweeney, a learning and development professional based in the Netherlands.

My work sits at the intersection of people development, operations and process improvement. Over the years, I’ve worked across learning, support and business operations, helping teams build clearer systems, stronger knowledge-sharing practices and better ways of working.

Outside of work, I run the Amsterdam Book Club, spend a lot of time in cinemas and cafés and will almost always make room for a good conversation, a strong book recommendation or a film that gives people something to talk about.
