Born on the rugged West Coast of New Zealand in 1940 before moving to Western Australia in 1986. I have a passion for photography and have been taking photos since I was given a "C" model Box Brownie as a 13th birthday present. We did not have schools for photography when I was young and books on photography were rare, so my qualifications come down to around 60 years of trial and error and learning from the mistakes I made and from others.
