Trevor Yoder

Trevor is a real estate developer, business executive, entrepreneur and attorney. Trevor recently co-founded and is a partner of Living Osa LLC, a development platform that raises capital and acquires real estate to develop innovative global communities with positive economic, social and environmental impact. As part of the Living Osa platform, Trevor also manages Dominical Development LLC and North Star Development Group LLC, development companies that develop and manage sustainable residential and commercial real estate projects in Central America, with a focus on community building. Prior to launching his current ventures, Trevor co-founded Barns Crossing, a luxury-home development company in East Hampton, New York, where he functioned as a General Contractor managing all aspects of the design and development process. Prior to entering real estate, Trevor was a marketing executive, serving as President of CSC, a management consulting company in New York which he co-founded and grew to 80 employees. Prior to CSC, Trevor served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Blue Marble Advanced Communications Group, an Internet Marketing and Development Company that serviced dozens of Fortune 500 brands. During his three year tenure he helped grow the company to 120 employees and $20MM in revenue. Trevor is a trustee of the TTSL Charitable Foundation and a Partner of Yoxi, a social innovation investment company. He holds a J.D. from The University of Oregon School of Law and practiced as an attorney in New York City's Public Defender's Office. He is a licensed New York attorney and real estate broker.
