Level Up Consulting LLC provides an educational platform that focuses on leadership by developing staff into highly trained and motivated customer experience leaders. We provide both theory and real life experiences that can be transferred from the classroom to the workplace this is accomplished through coaching, training and mentoring. Level Up Consulting LLC understands that providing the best customer experience is paramount to our clients bottom-line. We have a passion for innovation, creativity and continuous improvement as we aim to deliver a level of excellence that meets our client’s expectations.
Our Story:
Level Up Consulting LLC’s vision is to educate and train individuals in the urban community on the different levels and aspects of customer service and leadership as it pertains to the hospitality industry.
Trevor and Shari have a combined 40 plus years in the hospitality and customer service industry. They both enjoy working & developing individuals in leadership and sharing their best practices in customer service.
Through proper education and training one can enhance how they deliver high end hospitality. Also creating opportunities of growth for themselves in multiple areas of the industry.
What we do:
Level Up Consulting LLC is a premier training program aimed at developing individuals in all areas of customer service and leadership. Throughout the course, the client will be able to identify one’s personal growth opportunities through open dialogue, research, activities, practice and much more. Attending and participating in a Level Up Consulting training and coaching course will guide and inspire the individual to deliver high end Customer Service that meets the client’s needs and standards.
