I love everything running and outdoors, so a long run in the mountains is my perfect pastime. I graduated from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and currently live in Provo, Utah where I spend a large amount of time running in the Uinta National Forest. There is something about getting out and exploring the mountains by way of running that is exhilarating and releasing. There is so much out there that we miss when we're caught up with everyday tasks. This blog is all about my discoveries and adventures with running around the various beautiful areas in the Western U.S. I also include the different races I participate in. I currently plan to train for the 2016 Olympic Trials in the steeplechase, after which I plan to get heavily into Ultra-running!
