Trevor Wiebe

My name is Trevor Wiebe and I am from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. I just completed my tenth year of teaching. My first year of teaching was as an ESL teacher in Seoul, South Korea. This was followed by six years as an occasional teacher in the District School Board of Niagara and as a teaching assistant at Brock University. As an occasional teacher, I had experience in primary, junior and intermediate classes.

I am currently living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I just completed my third year here teaching Grade 8. I have signed on for a fourth year and I am not sure how much longer I will stay... so far, so good!

I am very excited about the upcoming school year. I enjoy teaching Grade 8 because it is an age at which the students are becoming more creative and independent in their thinking. I look forward to facilitating their growth and to provide the tools for them to be successful and globally minded in this ever changing world.
