Currently I am the Executive Director with Cru serving at Chief Strategy Officer for City Team. Having worked 25 years in Campus as Local, Regional and National Director focusing on team change, strategy development, culture change and turn around, I am excited to to work with the new effort of City in shaping this ground level effort to shape culture, direction and strategy for our staff and Kingdom citizens advancing the mission of Jesus for the well-being of the city.
