I started my career as a registered nutritionist and now work as a project manager across healthcare and technology. I care about impact and about turning ideas into meaningful action. I enjoy translating science into real-world solutions and building systems that genuinely help people.

In my free time, you’ll find me in the kitchen testing a new recipe, at the gym clearing my head, planning my next trip, or binge-watching movies and series like it’s serious business.
