About Me

Trias Nur Santi, or Trias NS for short, is the creator and manager of Trias Kitchen. I am a national bank employee who has always had a passion for cooking, which was inherited from my mother. After graduating from Universitas IPB Bogor with a degree in Food Technology, I decided to pursue my passion by starting my own catering business.

Through Trias Kitchen, I want to share my personal recipes that have been passed down to me by my grandmother. My goal is to provide accessible recipes and explore the wealth of Indonesian cuisine, while also showcasing traditional and inherited recipes that provide a unique taste not found elsewhere in Indonesia. The blog also includes some international recipes, particularly in the dessert section.

I hope to be a leading source of inspiration for cooking in Indonesia, presenting easy-to-follow recipes and authentic flavors.
