Marshall Kelly Tribble

I hold a PhD in Instructional Technology and a graduate certificate in Higher Education Leadership. I offer more than thirty years of higher education experience managing programs, projects, and initiatives. I have extensive knowledge of learning design principles and organizational development trends. My strengths are communication, process streamlining, and innovative solutions to problems. I have excellent interpersonal skills and I place building relationships as a top priority.

I've taught Student Success in College courses and was in charge of student evaluation of instruction; I've taught graduate courses in Educational Technology, Assessment Measures, Educational Philosophy, and Academic Research. I have years of experience working with/for various college's Institutional Review Board (IRB) and HRPP offices. I have extensive experience designing, developing, and delivering effective, engaging, online instruction. I was president of the Eastern Regional Competency-Based Education Consortium, and a long time proponent of competency-based education.
