I have advised 70+ technology mergers and acquisitions across digital devices, imaging, software, internet and services valued at $4B over 20 years in technology.

I joined Woodside Capital Partners in January 2012 after running a small broker/dealer advisory called Newforth Partners for 10 years. Prior to founding Newforth, I spent seven years at Broadview International, a mid-market M&A boutique now owned by Jefferies . Over the years I have sold companies to technology mainstays such as Oracle, Agilent and Tibco as well as to consumer brands such as American Greetings, Kodak and Gemstar/TV Guide. Prior to Broadview I was in business development at SuperMac, a peripherals company.
