Began life in Rural Herefordshire; Maths degree from Birmingham; 1st marriage over 35 years ago - lasted 20 years; 2 nd marriage 1999; 2 daughters, 3 stepdaughters, 5 grandchildren, 1 step grandson. Finished work in schools (after 33 yrs teaching) and now dabbling with the more exciting bits of education. National trust volunter - in the apiary. Also have own bees.
