Yes, I do know what it is like to be in severe pain! Yes I do know what it is like to be unable to sleep, to toss and turn for hours and wake up tired and stiff and miserable.
I suffered from severe Fibromyalgia as well as Chronic Fatigue, Hashimoto’s and Scleroderma. I have walked the walk, I have been through the valley of darkness into the light and I am here today to tell you that you can be well, you can regain your health, the sun will shine again and the birds will sing!
