Real estate broker, Tricia Quirk represents five generations of Bangor, Maine residents and nearly 30 years of real estate and development experience in the area. Ms. Quirk and her husband turned a part-time endeavor turned into a full-time career success story. With the subdivision of 20 acres in Hampden, Maine and the subsequent Greeley Farms development, the duo eventually grew into a full-time career as land developers and new home builders.

Her industry and professional affiliations include membership in the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Maine. A broker with ERA Dawson-Bradford in Bangor, she served as president of Hampden Home Builders in 2003.

Ms. Quirk takes justifiable pride in working and residing in the Bangor community. Her professional activities provide area residents with quality homes and commercial real estate opportunities.

Outside of work, Tricia Quirk participates in numerous civic organizations. Her community memberships include board secretary on the University of Maine Executive Board and chair person for the Collins Center for the Arts.
