Carla Patricia Vicente-Moreno

I’m Carla Patricia A. Vicente-Moreno, MBA, CLDP —an operations and business professional, entrepreneur, researcher, and learning & development practitioner with experience spanning executive support, business development, sales, operations, project coordination, and entrepreneurship.

I recently completed my Master of Business Administration, building on my undergraduate degree in Marketing and years of experience working across corporate, startup, remote, and family-run businesses.

My professional interests sit at the intersection of business strategy, operations, artificial intelligence, consumer behavior, leadership, and organizational development. I’m particularly interested in how emerging technologies such as generative AI can be practically applied by businesses to improve productivity, customer experience, decision-making, and growth.

I’m also developing my work in research and academic writing. My MBA research explored consumer choice and brand loyalty toward accessible luxury brands, and I continue to pursue research topics involving business, technology, entrepreneurship, consumer behavior, and the adoption of generative AI among enterprises.

I also have a growing interest in teaching, training, and mentoring, particularly in business, management, entrepreneurship, marketing, leadership, and professional development.

I believe professional growth doesn’t have to follow a single path. Mine has been built through a combination of education, hands-on business experience, continuous learning, research, and the willingness to explore new opportunities.
