Trilese was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and attended elementary, middle and high school in the Deer Valley School District. She was a student of Desert Winds, Constitution and Esperanza Elementary schools, Deer Valley Middle School and graduated from Barry Goldwater High school. One year after high school, Trilese enlisted in the United States Marine Corp , where she served her county around the world. After being Honorably discharged from the US Marine Corps, Trilese returned to Phoenix and immediately began making her foot prints in Arizona's community. While working full-time and raising her young son, Trilese went to college and earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Trilese believes strongly in the value of education and in setting a positive example for all children to reach higher and to achieve their maximum potential. In 2012, Trilese completed and finisher her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Grand Canyon University. Trilese is a licensed Real Estate Broker and an Executive Director for a local non profit. Previously, Trilese worked for the Greater Phoenix and Scottsdale Chambers of Commerce in various capacities ranging from education and workforce development to economic development. Through her positions at the Chamber’s,she developed strong relationships in the Greater Phoenix community and has successfully built a reputation as a dedicated young professional with an established entrepreneurial spirit. Trilese is a visionary, with a strong background in business and management. While at the Scottsdale Chamber, Trilese envisioned and executed the development of Phoenix's first regional young professional organization; GET Phoenix. She recently, finished 5 1/2 years as her Home Owner's Association President. As the President, Trilese diligently managed the associations finances, while continuously improving the property values year after year; even in the poor economy. She is most proud of her ability to manage over $1 million in improvements, while simultaneously lowering the monthly dues of home owners. Trilese has served on various community committees; including, Arizona Association of Economic Development, Valley of the Sun United Way, Communities in Schools, Partners Advancing Student Success (PASS), Councilman Maddux's School-to-Work Initiative and Congressman Mitchell's Veterans' Advisory Committee. Most recently, she is a graduate of the 2014 Hispanic Leadership Institute.
