Trilogy Health was formed out of Dr. Ellyn Levine's passion and desire to help others with weight challenges. This is one of the few weight loss centers in San Diego with a diplomate of the Board of Obesity Medicine physician evaluating your progress and monitoring your success. Dr. Levine's comprehensive knowledge of optimal health and weight loss will help you reach your objectives quickly, easily and with predicable results.

Located in La Mesa, we offer a variety of weight control services including a personalized diet plan as well as other tools used to meet your goal weight every month. Our team comprised of a board certified doctor, certified physician assistants, and medical staff will help you learn about portion control, how to curb emotional eating, improve food choices and use moderate exercise to achieve and maintain your goal weight.
