While I like to keep things on the lighter side, and make things fun and interesting, I am also extremly competitive, and driven. In my professional life I have always felt the need to overachieve, and make things better then when I found it. I have also discovered that I enjoy being in charge, and seem to thrive in situations where a company may be in shambles and come in and pick up the pieces, and restore order to help make the company profitable. That is why I chose Organizational Leadership as my major, finding the root of the problem and correct it from the beginning.
