Trina Conner

My name is Trina Lynn Conner. I am a wife and mom, MeMe to an awesome granddaughter and 3 grandsons, and nanny to 2 cool kids for the past 10+ years.

I have battled and struggled with Fibromyalgia for the past 28+ years. I do not do well on medications and searched for years to find things that helped alleviate my pain. Through trial and error, wasted time and money, and many disappointments I have found things that worked and some that haven't. I have found that with regular chiropractic care, massages and supplements I am able to not only manage and deal with Fibromyalgia, but I'm getting better all the time.

I believe, "If you give the body what it needs, it can and will heal itself." I will share with you what has helped and some things that haven't. I will include info on products, some I sell or have sold in the past.
