I'm an assistant professor of EFL and CLIL and until recently, coordinator of the language program where I work in Southern Kyushu, Japan. My research interests include CALL, educational technology, intercultural communication, and learner strategies.

I'm an organized and efficient team player who's adept at leading and managing groups, working on time-sensitive projects, and creating online courses and learning content.

In my free time I enjoy cycling, travel, and managing a plethora of blogs and websites, both personal and professional. I have a wee passion for perfume (see scentgourmand).
