I am the co-founder and Executive Director of TAF and an education advocate for children of color in the public school system. I takes pride in my "all steak, no sizzle" brand of education advocacy, believing that the work you get done for children and the relationships you build doing it is much more important than then shiny education reform packages we see today.
I am available for keynote addresses, workshops and panels. My expertise is in public education reform, equity in education, STEM education and helping women and people of color navigate the corporate culture. My workshops are interactive--never a lecture--and hands on. Send me email to book me for your event.
Follow my series on how to Transform Public Schools, then find a way to get involved with your local public school.
I love my family. I adore my 4 children. I adore my spouse. I do my best to help children who look like me because contrary to popular belief, life as a brown person in the United States is not fair or easy.
