I believe that companies have a responsibility to build a more equitable, inclusive and sustainable world. I'm passionate about leveraging storytelling, events and community to help organizations demonstrate how they operate with purpose and communicate their values & impact.

I'm currently on sabbatical from work and enjoying life in Spain!

Most recently, I worked at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director, Global Head of Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand. I oversaw a team of 20 who manage the firm’s talent brand which includes brand strategy, marketing and communications for Talent Acquisition across all levels of recruiting in 41 countries around the world.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2021, I was a Vice President at BlackRock for three years where I held roles in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. While on the Talent Acquisition team, I focused on global employer brand strategy, web design, social media, content production and reputation management. As a member of BlackRock's Talent Management team I led the development of a firm-wide strategy for culture, co-managed global recognition efforts and supported work to activate the new company purpose with internal and external audiences.

Before joining BlackRock in early 2018, I worked at the Aspen Institute for 5 years where I managed communications, marketing and PR for the Business & Society Program. I also helped design & deliver the First Movers Fellowship - an innovation lab & leadership development program for business executives at Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, while at Aspen, I produced over 100 events including conferences, workshops and seminars for corporate executives, university faculty, MBA students and Aspen Institute staff.

My experience spans multiple sectors including non-profit, higher ed, international development and business. I have previously held roles in communications/PR, event production, program management, and training & development. My sweet spots include DEI, organizational culture, employee engagement, sustainability and CSR. Early in my career, I also spent two years working internationally in Jordan.

I grew up in Chicago and am a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology and political science with a minor in African studies. In 2015, I was selected as a Fellow with the International Career Advancement Program (ICAP).
