Trisha has over 25 years in the health and fitness industry, owning and operating a health club and leisure centre and health clinic. In 1998, she project managed the renovation of her own farmhouse, including a barn conversion, which is now a holiday cottage near Exeter. She also created a health retreat on site. In the past, Trisha also project managed other similar building works. She has authored and published books, including Detox Dude, Detox Diva and four others in the Healthy Lifestyle Series, is a proficient speaker and has appeared on radio and television, locally, nationally and internationally.

Trisha is also a well respected practitioner of natural therapies with many professional and post graduate qualifications including; Anatomy & Physiology, Nutritional Therapy, Naturopathy and Diet Disorders; Allergy Testing (Electro Dermal Screening), Advanced EAV Clinical Training, The Causal Chain (Parasites, Candida, Heavy Metal Toxicity), Chronic Adrenal Insufficiencies and Related Syndromes; Fitness instructor, Sports Massage and Sports Injuries Therapist, Movement and Posture, Hydrotherapy, Hydrotherm Massage, Corrective and Lymphatic Massage; Stress Management and Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Ear Candling). She also holds a City and Guilds teaching certificate.

In her Practice, Trisha has helped hundreds of clients back to full health and fitness through her wide range of treatments. Success comes from her understanding of physiology, the causative factors of poor health and disease, and the ability to prescribe an appropriate nutrition and fitness programme to help people back to full health.
