Trish Duggan

Trish Duggan is a Virginia native who studied in California and Asia, where she gained a passion and love for the arts. Her love for art has led Mrs. Duggan to travel to various countries, including China, India, Nepal and Japan, where she immersed herself in new cultures and the art styles local to them. She has also travelled throughout Europe and South America, furthering her exposure to art and adding to her beloved collection of contemporary art from the places she visits.
Trish Duggan is married to Bob Duggan, an entrepreneur and philanthropist like herself, whom she met while studying at the University of California at Santa Barbara. Trish Duggan and her husband have contributed greatly to various fields and causes through their generous donations and efforts. They have been active in funding biochemistry corporations as well as supporting organizations aiming to educate and establish a drug-free society. Mrs. Duggan is also one of the largest donors to a rehabilitation program that is considered one of the best in the world for lowering substance addiction through all-natural approaches that have been proven to be effective.
Although Trish and Bob Duggan have since moved to Florida, they are still passionate about giving back to the community, the University of California and their Santa Barbara community in various ways. Trish Duggan has been the president of the Santa Barbara Adoption Support Group and served on the Women’s Board of Directors for the Santa Barbara Symphony. Along with her husband, Trish Duggan has also established a Chair in the Biochemistry and Chemistry department and a Tibetan Buddhist Chair of Studies at UCSB.
