I firmly believe that the success of any strategy is dependent on having a clear strategy, engaging the team, planning, execution and measurement. This is what I call "Strategic Execution".

• Clear Strategy= defining the desired outcome in a clear, concise manner.
• Engage Team= ensuring the team understands and owns the strategy. If they don't believe it, they won't execute it well.
• Plan= creating a clear plan with dependencies, risks and contingencies.
• Execute= executing the plan, tweaking as needed, always keeping the strategy top of mind
• Measure= setting up measurements and milestones to gauge project health. Also setting up measurements in the business to gauge the success of the project
• Communicate= being transparent about the strategy, the plan, the execution and the measurements. Setting up regular and clear communications is key!
