TRISTAN NOEL HALLER

Hi! Tristan here, welcome to my site! I am a certified personal trainer who trains private clients, teaches 'Bag Boxing', Sculpting, and runs Bootcamps in Southwest Riverside County. I am also an NPC Competitor and fitness model. I sound pretty "athletic" huh?

Well, it wasn't too long ago that if you had told me I would be considered of all things, athletic, I would have laughed in your face! I was the girl who fell off the beam in gymnastics! I was the girl who tried out for cheerleading three times in high school without ever making it on a squad! I was the girl who prayed the soccer ball never headed in her direction!

My weight was always fluctuating 30 lbs in one direction or the other but even at my thinnest I always had to pull the waistline of my jeans up and out when I sat down (ewww skinny fat gives you a belly to!). I was always getting shoved aside for the good roles because I simply looked too big next to the tiny male leads. I was always being told to loose weight and I had some minor successes but try as I might it never came off successfully or long term. What? You mean starving yourself doesn't work? I had had a gym membership since college and regularly engaged in a little one-on-one with the elliptical... I mean CONSTANTLY! I was the cardio queen! They could have sent my mail to that machine! But still, the extra-weight was always an issue.

Try as I might I couldn't put all the pieces together to create a body I was proud of. As luck would have it I had a girlfriend who was a bikini model at the time. When she (with her long toned limbs) told me I should try her yoga class I was extre
