I am deeply interested in psychological interests of businesses and their workers, potentially pursuing a masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I place high value on leadership, adaptability, and fairness in the workplace. I have shown these qualities over the past seven years and hope to help others find the capability within themselves.
