Tristan Hendrix

Tristan works with exsiting clients to get the most out of their core system by updating and training them on enhancements and consulting them on best practices in the Paycom system. He helps maintain and acheive his client's goals by offering tailored solutions to streamline their human capital management process to help lower labor costs, drive employee engagement and retention, and reduce exposure to non-compliance.

Tristan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and psychology from the University of North Texas. When he's not working or spending time with his wife and twin daughters, Tristan volunteers his time at Valley Creek Church by co-leading a men's study group.
