Tristan Wood

Hello, my name is Tristan Wood. I am a 21-year-old IT major at Union University. Before I came to Union I lived in Gallatin Tennessee. When I graduate I hope to find a career in that area. I enjoy IT because it allows me to help others that do not have as much experience with technology. When I graduate I want to be able to use my knowledge of computers to be someone people can rely on to help them. As well as studying to be an IT major, I also enjoy working in the theater as technician. I am very passionate about technology, videogames, and getting to know people. When I get some free time I often enjoy going to events with friends or staying home and playing games with people. My favorite nonprofit organization is Scouts. I was in Boy Scouts myself and greatly enjoyed the experience of being mentored and taught different life skills. From Boy Scouts came the award I am most proud of, obtaining the rank of Eagle Scout. I want to always be remembered for being kind and easy to approach should anyone need someone to talk to.
