Our company, Tri State House, is a financial investment company in Real Estate, and our focus is to buy Real Estate from financial distressed home owners that are eager to sell or any type of eager seller, such as a bank’s REO departments as well (which are usually sold via realtors). Although we are buyers of distressed or under market properties, what really distinguishes us from other companies is that we offer a service that other companies do not offer to a distressed seller or under maker seller: we cater to sellers that are in need of hand holding, in terms of financial advice, credit knowledge, and borrowing techniques, and not strictly acting like we are here to grab their house at any price (a home owner's most valuable possession).
