William Trowell

An experienced leader in emergency response, William Trowell has dedicated over 20 years to search and rescue (SAR) and public safety initiatives. He has taken part in more than 500 SAR operations and held key roles including SAR Chief and Emergency Operations Centre Coordinator. His service included collaboration with the RCMP on complex incidents. William also volunteered with the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary, qualifying as a Coxswain.
