2009-2010 Adjunct Professor, Western Piedmont Community College
Instructed beginning filmmakers on scriptwriting, using the camera and HD workflow, lighting principals, and editing. In charge of studio maintenance and advised on new equipment purchases.

2003-2010 Producer/Director, Tabula Rasa Studios
Oversee multiple projects, work with clients to capture their vision within their budget, hire and managing freelance employees, maintain strict timelines and quality standards all while handling the day-to-day business.

2004-2008 Producer/Co-Owner, Writers-In-Motion
Created marketing materials for authors to use in their promotional efforts. These included short films, author interviews, and animations. Handled script writing, budgets, client relations, editing, production, and implementation for the web.

2002-2003 Producer, BCTV Buncombe County Government Channel
Met with department heads to develop award-wining programming to inform the public about the array of county services. Produced over 20 hours of original content each month as well as maintaining the equipment.

2001-2002 Editor, JPS Productions
Lead editor for a video production company doing national broadcast television shows, promotional, and industrial videos. Job included capture of raw footage, forming B-roll lists, working with producers to construct the show, and mastering for distribution.
