Troy Eckburg

Troy Eckburg grew up in Los Angeles and has been traveling far from home and taking pictures ever since childhood. His parents owned a photographic accessories company and he accompanied them across the world with his camera to places as far flung as Bhutan, Tibet, Africa, Europe, and Indonesia.

He was previously the Deputy Photo Editor at a leading magazine in New York and a frequent photographer for the magazine.

He has a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University and has studied at the International Center of Photography. Selected clients include: Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveller UK, Coastal Living, National Geographic Traveler, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, People, Lonny, GQ, Sunset Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Endless Vacation, Los Angeles Magazine, C Magazine, Angeleno, LA Confidential, The Hollywood Reporter, One King's Lane, Santa Barbara Magazine, Hemispheres and Delta’s Sky Magazine.

Troy is currently based in Louisville, KY working with Outdoor Photo Gear.
