Over the last 25 years, former USG Interiors, Inc. Senior Product Designer Troy Rodman has established himself as an expert in brand design strategies. An accomplished leader, Troy Rodman possesses extensive experience managing staff members on projects for major brands.

Troy Rodman completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Kansas. While engaged in his coursework, Troy Rodman belonged to the Phi Kappa Phi fraternity. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1985, Troy Rodman spent a year at Handelan-Pederson, Inc. As an Industrial Designer and Project Manager, Troy Rodman oversaw space planning, point of purchase, and the creation of marketing materials. Over the next three years, Troy Rodman served in the same role for Source, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois, where he created packaging programs for the brands Aunt Jemima and Oscar Mayer Lunchables. Committed to professional development, Troy Rodman is the past Chairmain and Vice Chairman of the Chicago Chapter of the Industrial Designers Society of America.

An adept public speaker, Troy Rodman has lectured on Industrial Design at myriad prestigious universities, including University of Illinois at Chicago, Illinois Institute of Technology, Purdue University, and The University of Kansas. Troy Rodman gave the keynote speech at the 2003 International Home & Housewares Show. Featuring more than 2,000 exhibitors, this housewares event attracts over 200,000 buyers from nations all over the world. During 2002 and 2003, Troy Rodman judged the student design competition.

Presently, Troy Rodman operates as Industrial Design Manager for Sears Holdings Corporation. Throughout his 17-year tenure, Troy Rodman has won design awards and patents and has been featured on national television.
