Troy Strandquist

Over the past two years, I have had the distinct pleasure of serving as a political appointee in the Chief of Staff’s Office at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where I have worked hand-in-hand with some of our nation's brightest minds on managing the agency’s responses to issues of global significance--including fights over the debt limit and the nation's budget, tax reform and inversions, and the implementation of Wall Street reform. The nature of my appointment, however, has also ensured that I have been aware that my position had a finite end date, and, at the end of the Administration, I would begin a new journey. Given this eventuality, I have had two years to consider what direction I want to take my career and where I see myself taking it, so bring on the next adventure!
