As a business owner, my passions are running a small business, tax and wealth. Approximately 80 percent of the people I work with are like-mined business owners whose businesses typically have turnovers of between $1 million and $7 million and less than 14 employees.

I understand that expert knowledge in areas such as accounting, tax, business structuring and asset protection is expected and assumed; however, such knowledge is not the end of the journey—it's the beginning.

So what makes my business a small business specialist?

Every small business, regardless of the industry in which it operates, is unique; however, all small businesses are subject to the same fundamentals. The four foundation pillars are business sustainability, business structure, wealth protection and wealth creation. We combine your expertise in your industry with our knowledge of these business pillars so that you are able to make better decisions, to implement agreed upon actions and to achieve improved results.

Our job is to find out where you are today, where you want to be and when you want to get there and to work with you to get you there.

We start the journey by getting to know you. We ask you about your business, and we find out what motivates you, what problems you have, what value you would gain if those problems were resolved, how you know when these problems are resolved, what the consequences are for you if you don’t resolve these problems. Finally, we ask you when you want to get started on creating a better life.

The next stage is getting you organised. This process depends on whether you are setting up a new business or have an already established business. Essentially, we make sure that the four foundation pillars—business sustainability, business structure, wealth protection and wealth creation—are put in place correctly to ensure that whatever you build is sound.
