I’m Le Ngoc, a curious and open-minded Industrial Design Engineering student currently based in Helsinki, Finland. My passions span a wide spectrum, from sustainability and green recycling to cutting-edge additive manufacturing and generative AI design. I’m also deeply fascinated by entrepreneurship, innovation, and the wonders of astrophysics—yes, I’m the kind of person who loves to connect the dots between science, technology, and creativity.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Technology from Arcada University of Applied Sciences, where I honed my technical skills in materials engineering and 3D modeling. Currently, I’m pursuing my Master’s in Mechanical Engineering at LUT University, with a focus on Industrial Design Engineering. Along the way, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work on exciting projects, such as collaborating with Airbus and Aalto University on generative AI models for aircraft hangar design—a project that allowed me to dive deep into Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper, and the fascinating world of AI-driven design optimization.

I’m an ambivert at heart—equally energized by collaborative team projects and deep, independent work. I thrive on new challenges and am always eager to learn and apply emerging technologies to solve complex problems. My engineering mindset is a blend of bold creativity and meticulous attention to detail, which I’ve cultivated through hands-on experiences like designing prototypes with SolidWorks and conducting advanced research on novel spirocyclic compounds at the University of Helsinki.

I’m passionate about contributing to projects that push the boundaries of sustainability, 3D printing, and renewable energy. Whether it’s optimizing designs for a greener future or exploring the potential of additive manufacturing, I’m always ready to roll up my sleeves and dive into the next big challenge.
