Developing web applications for over 7 years, professionally for 6. I've run teams on projects as small as myself and as large as organizing 8 people at once. I'm working primarily in Ruby on Rails and want to expand the toolset that comes with that, but I consider myself a jack of all things web technology. No web technology I've tried has scared me off yet. I know Ruby on Rails, Coldfusion, CSS, Javascript / jQuery, SQL. From a technology standpoint I am comfortable in a windows or a linux environment and have launched web applications on both cloud and private platforms. I'm hungry to learn better OO and coding practices. I want to work with a team that's strongly devoted to TDD and agile principles.

I love diving into new things and quickly find myself comfortable with new code bases. I have a propensity towards logic and I'm extremely fast at debugging problems with code or a team.
