Trung Kien Vu received his B.Eng. degree in the School of Electronics and Telecommunications, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2012, and his M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering in the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Ulsan, Ulsan, Republic of Korea, in 2014. He is currently pursuing the D.Sc. degree at Centre for Wireless Communications (CWC), University of Oulu, Finland. He is also a Member of the research stuff of CWC. His research interests include heterogeneous cellular networks, Massive MIMO, mmWave communications, network planning, and optimization. He received the 2016 European Wireless Best Paper Award.
