Trust provides affordable, fixed priced residential property management services to 250 residential tenancies in the greater Wellington region. Our clients live in the UK, the Uganda, the UAE and New Zealand.

What sets us apart from the competition is our fair, fixed price charging and our deep expertise. When maintenance is required, we asses all maintenance work ourselves before making a decision about the most cost effective way to undertake it. There is no call out fee for this assessment.
