A Non Government Company is signed up as a Trust under Indian Trust Act 1882. It takes a period of 15-20 days around for the registration of Trust from the date of filing of the application. Minimum 3 members are needed in the formation of trust. For ngo registration in delhi, one needs to generate one member from Delhi with Aadhar Card along with one address proof either electrical power cost or water costs of any licensed area in Delhi. Rest 2 members can be from any part of India. At the time of registration, 2 images and address evidences of all the members are required. Voter id card, ticket, driving license or aadhar card can be sent out as an address evidence. Additionally, at the time of trust registration, 2 members are required for witness who ought to have aadhar card from Delhi.
