Deborah Cruz, aka to the Internet as Truthful Mommy, is the creator of the lifestyle blog The TRUTH ( it used to be about motherhood but now it's just life through mom goggles).

This Latina loves tech, travel, fashion and DIY home projects. Oddly enough, she has also recently developed an addiction to a cardio dance work out but she's still curvy and wants you to know that curvy girls are beautiful, no matter what Cheryl Tiegs thinks. Also, not a fan of Donald Trump.

She is a freelance writer and work-at-home mother who lives in the Midwest with her two daughters and the Big Guy ( her 6'5" husband, not God...she's not delusional.Everybody knows God lives in heaven, not the Midwest ;)

Deborah has a B.A. From Purdue University and an M.A. from the University of North Carolina. She spends her days writing online, planning world domination and pinning beautiful shit that she has no intention of ever making to Pinterest.

She spends her evenings just like you, surviving suburbia, shuttling kids, cooking dinner, folding laundry and trying to figure out how to get the kids to go to sleep without losing her mind.

She can usually be found wearing big sunglasses to mask the dark cirlces under her eyes, exhausting her potential and realizing her dreams and maybe drinking Jameson and ginger ale with a twist of lime, preferably on a beach somewhere quiet.
