Tom Sarig acquired years of experience in the music industry as an A&R executive for renowned companies such as MCA Records, Universal Music Group, and Arista, before using his in-depth knowledge of the business to establish his own.
In 2003, Tom founded the Esther Creative Group, which, in addition to management and consulting, specializes in forging meaningful brand and entertainment partnerships for artists and entertainers seeking to expand their reach and leverage marketing platforms. As a result, Tom Sarig has managed the careers of some of the world's greatest recording artists, including Lou Reed, Bryan Ferry, The Gaslight Anthem, Rickie Lee Jones, CAKE, She Wants Revenge, Against Me!, Blonde Redhead, Le Tigre, The Bots, Augustines, Kishi Bashi and several more.
Complementing his business efforts, Tom Sarig created Evident Branding, also based in New York City, which focuses on licensing and endorsements in addition to crafting effective marketing solutions for brands and their agencies. Evident Branding's clients include the likes of Harley Davidson, Sotheby's, Debbie Harry, and Miami International Fashion Week, to name a few.
