The United Collegiate Black Scholars

Public policy students of Oakwood University have formed a new group with national ambitions. The United Collegiate Black Scholars (UCBS) is a not-for-profit, non-partisan grouporganized to formulate and articulate the policies that will solve problems in the African-American community and other challenged groups, as well.UCBS is focused on influencing the 2016 presidential elections and beyond.
