TSeiha Design

Hi all, my name is Alicia. Since I was three I have been able to read and speak fluently. No one ever suspect that I am a combination between autism and hyperactivity, including my parents.

I grew in a favor of art and design. Despite of those, I love math, science, history, linguistic and music! It looked like I have a broaden range of favours, yes I am.

I love the way of creating a shortcut formula in math as I create a new design technique with design software. I have a relentless curiosity of almost everything in life.

I've never taken a design school although I'm very keen on art and design. But I started to be a graphic designer since 2009. I did the design things from zero because I knew nothing at that point in time but I felt a comfortable light in my heart. People named it as a gut. So I go through this - my biggest desire in life - with my gut, from zero to be a hero, from a graphic designer to be a creative director in 2014, only within 6 years.

Of course I had a huge experiences from manual drawing until vectorizing then animating and creating a movie using lighting, effect and music composition. I also have some of my artworks in 3d. But I didn't continue it because the company didn't support me with relevant tools and appliances. Dealing with culture, I've been working with west and east people, from many genre of design fields, from annual report until game designing.

After all of the 'school' period of time, working under others' authority, I feel it will be great to take advantage of my broaden skills and knowledges to be a benefit for our society. Meanwhile, I was born as a natural leader. Since I was a child, something that is exaggerating for me has always been a challenge. I also have a call in entrepreneurship. Supported by my husband, that's a great momentum where finally I found TSeiha Design.

TSeiha Design is premium art & design, Indonesia retail startup. Our main commodity is apparel. We established an artistically designed tees; a beautiful t-shirt that is stand out by its own design. TSeiha's art is drawn manually to be a vectorized image. We usually get our ideas from life and utilize it as a medium to speak up. That's why our tagline is "Crazily Unique".

TSeiha is located in East Java, Indonesia. The mission is to building a foundation for children with disabilities.

Alicia Fritz Herman is an Autistic-Hyperactive woman who is experienced undetected disabilities. Her abilities of multiple ranges of field makes her skillful to get the things done (art, design, social media marketing, SEO, web designing, but her main specialty is making a great system).
