Tony Stanol

I run an executive placement firm, GRN Calabasas with offices in Los Angeles and Sarasota, for advertising and marketing professionals. My background includes 25 years managing major accounts at blue chip ad agencies in NY and LA.

I spent most of his career in three of the largest agencies: JWT, BBDO and Draft/FCB. I worked on Citi, Colgate and Jamaica Tourist Board accounts for domestic U.S.

I traveled the world running the Nabisco, Frito-Lay and Cadbury accounts globally. I helped to make Oreo Cookies the best selling cookies in the world while managing Nabisco’s advertising in over 40 countries.

In 2004 my family and I moved from bucolic Connecticut to sunny Los Angeles and helped two Hispanic advertising agencies upgrade their performance and win several new accounts.

I served on the Board of Directors for Ad Relief, a volunteer organization made up of advertising professionals brought together to help their colleagues in times of life crisis.

Fun fact: I've completed several levels of improv courses and have officially graduated from advanced improv at iO West Comedy Theater in Hollywood and am now continuing my improv training at Florida Studio Theater in Sarasota.
