Stavros Tsumanis

Stavros Tsumanis was born in Kavala and two years later he moved to Drama with his family. He studied classical guitar next to the award-winning instructor Gabriel Pavlides from whom he adopted the anthropocentric view of art and the strictness in performing and composing.

During his college years in the mathematics departments of universities of Samos and Thessaloniki, he devoted himself to research music by removing the "signs" that distinguish it. He studied all forms of guitar, but focused more on classical and its infinite color possibilities.
