Hi, I'm Thomas Sykora, a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the aeronautical industry. My career spans various roles in aviation, software, and defense, where I have applied my technical, commercial, and process knowledge to solve complex problems and deliver efficient solutions.

Currently, I serve as the Field Service Leader for EMEA at CAMP Systems International. In this role, I manage a team of field service representatives and customer success managers, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction across the region. My responsibilities include solutions engineering, organizing seminars, and extensive travel to liaise with OEMs.

Previously, I managed the continuing airworthiness of a fleet of over 20 corporate jets at Global Jet Austria GmbH. I also built and led the documentation department at Schiebel Elektronische Geräte GmbH, overseeing internal and external documentation for unmanned aerial vehicles. Additionally, I have experience in negotiating, preparing, and executing technical training for mass transit rolling stock customers at Siemens Transportation Systems GmbH & Co. KG.

My educational background includes an MBA in Consulting and Process Management, a B.A. in Political Science, and a college degree in Aeronautical Engineering. I am proficient in multiple languages, including German and English, and have basic knowledge of French, Dutch, and Mandarin.

Beyond my professional life, I am actively engaged in social organizations such as the Junior People’s Party Austria and Junior Chamber International. I am passionate about nature, hiking, aviation, politics, and DIY projects.
